NPORS Telescopic Handler (Novice) Course

Our NPORS Telescopic Handler Novice course is delivered at our fully equipped training location, providing safe, controlled environment for new operators to learn.
Our NPORS Telescopic Handler (N010) Novice Course is designed for individuals with little to no previous experience operating a telescopic handler (Telehandler). This course provides the essential knowledge, practical skills, and safety awareness required to operate a telescopic handler safely and efficiently on site.
Upon successful completion, candidates will receive the NPORS Operator Card, widely recognised across the construction industry.

Course Content:
Health and Safety at Work Act
Operator responsibilities
Risk assessments and method statements
Machine knowledge
Pre-start inspections
Identifying components and attachments
Stability factors and load charts
Practical Training:
Safe starting, stopping and manoeuvring
Loading and unloading procedures
Placing loads at height
Working on slopes
Refueling and parking procedures
Successful candidates will receive a NPORS Operator Card valid for 5 years. CSCS logo available subject to meeting additional requirements.
