CITB grant funding
Levy-paying construction employers may be able to claim CITB grant support towards an eligible NVQ. Grant is claimed by the employer after registration; it is not a discount deducted at checkout, and the amount you pay Haswell Training is unaffected by whether a claim is later made.

Where your NVQ takes you
For construction NVQs, the card colour signals occupational level, competence and professional standing. Non-construction routes carry sector-appropriate outcomes.
Blue Skilled Worker Card
Level 2 NVQ Routes
Recognises proven skilled occupational competence in your trade or plant discipline. A five-year card confirming you meet the national standard for the work you already do.
Gold Supervisor Card
Level 3 or 4 Supervisor (Supervisors Test)
Progression into recognised supervisory responsibility and leadership — evidence that you can run the work, the team and the standards, not just the task.
Black Manager Card
Level 5, 6 and 7 Managers and Professionals (MAP).
Progress towards recognised management-level competence. The Black card carries significant professional status, held by site and safety managers operating at the top of the occupational scheme.
